War in the Thunder collects no personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs that report on you.
The game saves four things, and it saves them only in local storage on your own device:
None of this is sent anywhere, and none of it identifies you. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
When two players link up with a six-digit code, their devices connect directly to each other over WebRTC and exchange only what the match needs — ship positions, steering input and scores — for as long as the match lasts. Nothing is written to a server and nothing survives the session.
To introduce the two devices to each other, the game briefly contacts the public PeerJS broker (peerjs.com) and Google's public STUN servers. They see only the temporary room code and the network addresses needed to establish the connection; no gameplay data passes through them. Once the two devices have found each other, they drop out entirely.
The game is safe for children: since nothing is collected, nothing about a child is collected either. There is no chat, no user-generated content and no way for players to exchange messages.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Any change that affects how data is handled will also be described in the app's release notes.
